All subscription boxes are shipped monthly at the same time – on or around the 18th. You will receive a tracking notification via email when your box is on its way.

PREPAY: Immediately once you have chosen the duration of the subscription you would like to purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew after the initial subscription period is finished.

PAY MONTHLY: When you enrol in a monthly subscription (that is month by month) your first box will be charged to your credit card immediately. Your reoccurring monthly payment will renew on the 10th of the month following your first shipment. (some early subscription plans renew on the 5th of each month)

You can cancel at any time providing you do so before the next renewal date.

With a Prepay 3 or 6 month subscription, you have committed and paid for the full period of the subscription i.e. 3 months (3 boxes), 6 months (6 boxes). Once your commitment term has been fulfilled, you will automatically roll over for another subscription period.

Yes, we can! However, The Journaling Box only has free shipping for all Australian orders. If you are in another country, please get in touch [email protected] so we can work out a shipping cost for you. We would love to welcome you as a member!
